SYNOPSIS

Nearly everyone in the United States is familiar with the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament, “Selection Sunday”, “March Madness”, and the NCAA tournament office pool. But how many of us are aware of how this tournament actually came to be the great event that we all know and love today? The Game That Changed College Basketball is a feature length documentary film that tells the amazing story of the historic 1974 ACC Championship game between N.C State and Maryland and how it changed the face of the NCAA Tournament and the game of college basketball forever.
